Realistic detailing and incredible paintwork are what set PAPO's prehistoric creatures ahead of the rest.
Each figurine is hand painted and manufactured according to strict EN-71 specifications; with meticulous attention paid to details like scale, posture, weight, and even texturing for optimal realism.
More commonly known as the Sabre-toothed Tiger, this Smilodon figurine is sculpted in a stalking stance and comes crafted with its iconic canine fangs for a more primitive aesthetic - it even spots a fearsome, snarling expression that hints of a possible ambush. Talk about incredible detailing to the tee!

SMASHING SMILODON FACTS!
• More popularly known as a Sabre-toothed Tiger, the Smilodon isn't actually a tiger.
It is a prehistoric cat no doubt; but only distantly related to the modern-day lions, tigers, and cheetahs.
• A smilodon tooth measures in at 30cm long.
• Ironically, the Smilodon's jaw is known to be extremely weak.
They could open their jaws to a snake-worthy angle of 120 degrees, or about twice as wide as a modern lion but paradoxically, couldn't bite down on their prey with much force, mostly because they needed to protect their precious canines against accidental breakage.
