Realistic detailing and incredible paintwork are what set PAPO's Dinosaurs ahead of the rest.

Each figurine is hand painted and manufactured according to strict EN-71 specifications; with meticulous attention paid to details like scale, posture, weight, and even texturing for optimal realism.

This flagship Running T-Rex figurine is one prime example; sculpted with incredible intricacies akin to those found only in museum-quality replicas.

Its highly refined, crisp detailing stands up to the very closest scrutiny, as does the paintwork which is, as always, flawless and highly naturalistic in appearance.

Designed with an articulated jaw, it even features a set of gnarly, snaggle-toothed teeth and textured skin, complete with a pair of beady eyes that will spot you from miles away. Definitely not a king to be trifled with!

TERRIFYING T-REX FACTS!

• The T-Rex’s supposedly wimpy arms might be today's prehistoric punch line, but contrary to popular belief, those arms might not be so puny after all.

According to paleontologist Jack Conrad, a T-Rex's bicep alone could curl 430 pounds— and this is a conservative estimate. (Think about that the next time you're at the gym!)

• Fluffy dinosaur skeletons are not a new discovery, but until recently many assumed feathers were the exclusive property of smaller dinosaur species.

That all changed with the discovery of Yutyrannus huali in 2012.

This Chinese T. rex relative reached an impressive length of over 25 feet and sported six-inch feathers which covered much of its body.

The find has raised the very serious possibility that the Tyrannosaurus might have had some fuzzy feathers of its own.

• Remember the chase scene in Jurassic Park where the T-Rex was seen in hot pursuit of a jeep travelling at more than 70km/hr?

Thrilling as it was to watch, it is not a realistic actuality. T-rexes aren't the fastest runners, with an average running speed of only 45km/hr.

In fact, the fastest they may have been is a little more than 50km/hr, but that's as good as it gets.

In order for such a massive animal to reach 70km/hr, 86% of its muscle content would have to be concentrated in its legs - an anatomical impossibility for the T-Rex.
